Hi {{ subscriber.first_name | default: there }},
Thank you for joining the collector list, I’m so glad you’re here!
If you’ve been following for a while, you’ll know that alongside my own practice I’ve been stepping into curation as a way to support some of the fantastic artists I’ve had the pleasure of connecting with over the past few years.

Opening May 11 2026 and running through to September, free entry, level one corridors.
What’s Happening this month (May)
I’m delighted to be both curating and exhibiting in two shows this month!
On 11 May I return to University Hospital Coventry & Warwickshire, this time not only exhibiting but also curating a group show with 7 other talented artists. The exhibition features oil paintings, meditative leaf prints, and even that rib cage dress by Caz Wilson (Great British Sewing Bee Winner 2025). There really is something for everyone.
Check out my Instagram for links to the other artists: Ashley Bravin, Ilua Hauck da Silva, Prashant Kansara, Kathryn Lean, Sarmed Mizra, Ruby Vartan & Caz Wilson

Then on 19 May, The Cost of Love opens at Rugby Art Gallery & Museum it’s a joint exhibition with my talented colleague Robert Walker. We’ve worked together before on the Sudden Cardiac Art exhibitions and he is an absolute dream to collaborate with.
I’m also hosting a Virtual Studio Visit on Tuesday 19 May -reply to this email if you’d like to join!
I’m excited to share that my new curator website and online shop is now live!
On the site you can browse both exhibitions, request Giclée prints and learn more about the artists.
Three Things I’m Excited About This Month
1. Book – “To Those Who Speak” by Luke Adam Hawker
A beautiful reflection on parenting a non-verbal child. I cried reading it. The drawings actually predate the text and the intense love from father to son shines through. It’s a love letter to parenting, listening and learning the language of silence.
2. Podcast – BigDeal with Cody Sanchez (Episode 137 with Shelby Sapp)
Totally different from my dreamy, slow-paced art world! This one lights a fire under your tail. I love Cody’s direct, no-BS style; she basically shouts at her listeners (in a good way!). Exactly the motivational bad-cop energy I need sometimes.
3. Watercolours
I go through phases where I forget how wonderful this medium is. Right now I’m carrying watercolour on rag paper everywhere. It’s the perfect way to squeeze painting time in between organising shows, care commitments and painting deadlines.
Keep it Creative!
